Bill Polfer has been a certified Idaho Residential Appraiser for 15 years. The 20 previous years were spent as an Electronic Technician in the semi-conductor industry. During that time, Bill gained experience as a mortgage loan originator, as well as doing some carpentry, roofing and HVAC installation. 

Bill has performed over 4600 appraisals, including single family, multi family, manufactured homes and bare land. He has worked with over 100 Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) from all over the United States. Other clients include local and national banks, credit unions and private home owners.
