Bill Polfer

Bill Polfer is a Certified Residential Appraiser (FHA Approved) with over 17 years of appraising experience in Idaho. He specializes in single family, duplex, fourplex and land appraisals. He has experience with everything from mobile homes to million dollar properties with acreage.

Bill also has experience on the Mortgage side of real estate as a loan originator, and on the construction side doing finish carpentry, roofing and HVAC installations.
